Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuit Mix (45.44 oz.)

These are fun and easy to make. Kids like them so much that we always keep these in the pantry. While they call for Cheddar cheese you can use anything. I have used gouda, smoked gouda (both rock) and Mexican cheese blend (a strong #2), and even provolone and smoked provolone. Have also added thin sliced and deseeded fresh jalapenos. These are so easy to make that you can't mess than up and it it's a great way to use up whatever type of left over cheese you may have on hand. Red Lobster didn't allow their name to be put on these without them being quality you would expect from that chain.
