Almost perfect, night-light too bright
I got these as brake lights after I got tired of replacing the bulbs, I'm very happy with them, and will probably use them until my car dies. The only problem I have is that the contrast between "breaking" and "not breaking" during the night is a bit too low when compared to the bulbs.

Very bright but turn signal barely noticeable with running light on ,
With running lights on - turn signal is almost non existent VERY Dangerous ! Do not buy if you need turn signal function ! If you are rear ending you could be a fault for inoperable turn signals.

Huge Improvement
Made a huge improvement to the original 1157 bulbs. I can't address the longevity issue because they have just been installed. A good purchase and I would buy again.
