This digital review mirror / dashcam is perfect. Installation was straightforward. However, I initially attached the rear view camera to the rear window. The reflections from the back deck made it unacceptable. I then got a professional installer to get the wire from the trunk to the back bumper and I installed the camera to a license plate mount, which provided a perfect rear view. I definitely recommend this instead a traditional dashcam.

Only 4 stars because of the high price. I bought this for the wife’s car, since hers has no backup camera, but ‘dry fit’ the G900 Pro in my car for a 1000 mile trip to decide if it’s worth keeping. Bottom line: it performed great in day and night and will now be installed in the wife’s car. The 4K front camera is amazing quality and includes adjustable exposure. Rear camera is exceptional during daylight and low light, but is not an infrared camera, so no light will result in no image, no different than an analog rear view mirror, so that’s not a criticism. I wish it would boot up 2 seconds faster. The only concern I have with it is it gets quite warm and I’d like it to last at least 8 years. The best feature is the supercapcitor, which minimizes memory card corruption on power-off and retain custom settings — therefore no need for a hardwired kit for those of us who don’t need parking monitoring. I read plenty of reviews complaining about rear camera at night causing halos around bright lights. This is true if the camera is behind a window, meaning the window is the issue. The better solution is to install the camera on the car’s exterior. Frankly I prefer to keep the camera lens clean and dry, so behind the rear window is where it will live.

For the money, you can't beat this dash cam. The video quality is amazing, and the backup camera is super clear. Installation was pretty easy too, which is a bonus. I've had mine for a few weeks now with zero issues. Definitely recommend checking this one out!

I do love this camera. I previously used a cheaper Chinese rearview camera and it actually had more features than the wolfbox, but had issues and wasn't worth the trouble. The wolfbox was a huge upgrade.Camera and screen quality are phenomenal. The gps add on is a nice bonus. The rear camera has many mounting opportunities because you can vertical and horizontal flip the image. I do wish I could purchase a rain shield though because I mounted my camera outside to avoid glare.The app works fine. The 48hr parking monitoring works as expected, as long as your car battery can run it long enough (mine did the first few days but started auto shutting off the camera after a few hours as my commute is not long enough to recharge my car battery).Overall I love this rearview dash cam.

lets start with good:1.wide view.2. if you have so much stuff in back of car and can not use mirror at all, this is good to have.bad:1. it lose wifi signal about once in an hour. and it give me a big annoying squire error message in the middle, blocking ant view (safety issue). it will block view for 5 min. and go away unless power off the unit completely from 12v power supply.2. i had to buy anti glare film from this company. funny it is not expensive however it should be standard.3.snow and rain will obscure vision. Toyota has lever to switch off monitor and use normal mirror. this does not.3. no zoom function. wish had some. not that big deal but i like to see side mirror and side mirrors to be same vision.4.no automatic brightness function. constantly adjusting depend on Ambiant light5.wish has small camera to see rear passenger (kids in rear seat).6.front camera is too close to center. do not come off. my car has Toyota vision and obstruct vision front camera. wish this camera is detachable and mount on different location.7.not sure why it has GPS and compass. so useless to me.8. some car has LED headlight and will flicks. almost like police car is behind you. need to be deferent reflash rate.9. sometimes it overheat and shut it off. it will become blank. to activate just touch the screen but annoying. even brightness is low, will happen if you drive 1 hr or longer in sunny day.

I’ve owned several cars and my current truck 2021 Ram Limited with backup cams. Needing a daily driver so to not run up the miles on my truck I bought a Cadillac CTS. Unfortunately, I missed the backup camera in my 2010 Cadillac CTS by 1 year so, having a backup camera has became a must have these days.I have to say this was a very easy install. Especially for someone who has 0 experience in auto electronics installations. These guys made it so easy! Push the wire up between the panels all the way to the back. Easy peasy! Then to make things even simpler, the OBD2 hardwire kit was as easy as it gets to hardwire the camera instead of the cig lighter.Both front and rear cameras are as clear as they get! Well worth every penny spent! Definitely recommend this camera for someone who needs or just wants a backup camera! Thanks Wolfbox!! Great product!!
