FANSIR Sports Kinesiology Tape Sport Tapes Muscle Tape Elastic Strapping

I bought this to strap my knees up for ice skating and roller hockey. It definitely helped as I had problem with joints clicking and causing sharp pain and being achy. it stays in place well is easy to apply and really water proof. I also get blisters from my skates and tried plasters and blister plasters both of which came off with sweaty feet and friction of the skates, however this tape stay in place perfectly preventing blisters and you can leave it on for a few days as it doesn't come off in the shower (unless you peel it on purpose). Used it in other problem shoes and its great.

Had to wait for ages for this to come. Not impressed at all. First time I used I wore long running leggings. Great! But when I tried with my running shorts, the tape came unstuck & was flapping around while I was running. Not great!So basically, you can't use this tape in hot weather. Really disappointed with tape & frustrating trying to rip the flapping tape off when running :( It is not reusable either.Had done my research on how to apply & watched numerous youtube videos, so was applied correctly.Won't be buying again.

Advised to buy this tape on the recommendation of a physiotherapist as I have tendon issues in both wrists. It definitely helps with the problem and isn’t easy to cut, apply and remove. Lasts about 2 days before needing to reapply. However my skin is sensitive and I am having a reaction to using this tape for a long period. Probably not the tapes fault. Maybe I need to investigate into one for a sensitive skin.

The tape arrived on time. Useful guides to show how to apply to common joints and muscles. Use d it for nearly 2 weeks for one stretch, being careful to not get too wet in the shower. Only started to lift at the edges at end of second week when I resumed (careful) gym, and sweating (a lot). Can replace as required, and more than enough for even probably a persistent intury.

The Kinesiology Tap is just as described and my husband has been using it on a very painful knee for the last three months and says it the best thing he has bought. Works better than other items bought in the past. Definitely ordering more

I love this tape. My sports masseur showed it to me and I have been using it on my damaged knee. It is so easy to use and there are loads of video guides to help.The only gripe I have is that they always send me black!

Good tape. I used similar ones before for my carpal tunnel syndrome but I like this one the most because it is wider and after wearing then I have to take it off it does not leave my skin sticky (like some others do) - even if I had a shower and it became wet.

This is an awful product.Please avoid.I did a sample test and it was fine day one and 2 so went ahead with proper usage.Had trapizius injury taped up and the tape made my skin blister. When I took the tape off it ripped off the skin of my blisters and has now scarred me.Avoid at all costs
