I take it for anemia low blood count. I’ve noticed that they do help me I’ve tried the liquid one and it’s awful to take. so I take the capsules in stead. the 4 pack I ordered was very good value so I’d recommend them to anyone..

I’m re ordering as my previous supply has finished. I definitely felt a difference in energy level after a few weeks of taking it. I prefer the capsule to the liquid; does taste of anything and easy to swallow.
