It's quite complicated how Uridine works in the brain, so I suggest informing yourself via the internet if you're interested in learning how it works in the brain.As for myself, focus and mood have been noted. Within just a couple weeks I have noticed my mind not drifting off, and my mood slightly elevated (especially at work). Surprisingly, even my memory appears to be a bit sharper! I'm assuming it has to do with Uridine working as it should!One nice thing about this supplement is that it's water soluble, so it can be taken on an empty stomach with some water with my morning vitamins.How it's optimizing my brain is quite complicated and since I am merely reviewing this product, I can't get into the details how it works. But, for me, I am a bit taken back at how two little capsules a day can really improve so much in my brain.There is just a 30-day supply in this bottle, so I decided to do a monthly subscription. I've only been taking this for alittle while, but so far I'm really liking it. I've noticed some brain fog, having trouble focusing and some short term memory stuff and after doing some research on Uridine I've learned that it can be very helpful concerning brain functions and it's natural because it's something that your brain already produces.I've also read that it was best if taken with Chloline and Omega 3 so in order to give myself the best outcome I've done just that.Now I could be crazy, maybe it's plesebo, but I feel like I can think more clearly for the first time in a long time. I'll be able to see optimal effects hopefully in and a month or 2, but considering I've only been taking this for a couple of weeks and I already feel this good I'm looking forward to what the future will bring. My energy level even feels lifted and not one negative side effect to speak of, it's fantastic.I've had multiple supplements from "Nutricost" and they are definitely a brand that I trust. I've never had any issues with anything I've taken that has been manufactured through them. Although I'm not sure where it's made, the bottle just says it was made for Nutricost in Utah.Their price point is good and the quality has always been perfect.I will continue to take this supplement.5 stars.

Taking this for focus and energy and hoping that it will help with both. Have only taken it for a few days so far, so haven't noticed any benefit yet. There have been no negative side effects though and the ills are easy to swallow. There is no bad odor or taste. The bottle arrived quickly and was packaged and sealed well. Recommend.

The major active ingredient is Uridine 5 which has a number of health benefits that rejuvenates aged stem cells along with tissue repair and uridine 5 is believed to have anti-aging effects. I could go on with mentions of the benefits of this product but as always you should read the product description, do your own research and if necessary consult with your doctor.This supplement is a SUPPORT supplement. Taking this supplement alone will not bring forth major change on it's on just like exercise alone won't bring forth major change. Like with all supplements consistency is key when it comes to effectiveness. Overall I find this to be of great value and I would highly recommend this product

Product arrived with a double safety seal. I have used this brand before and find their products just as good as most you find at the health food store or here on Amazon. Capsules are normal sized. Directions state to take 2 capsules daily but I started with just 1 capsule. My holistic practitioner informed me of this supplement. He also told me start slowly, so I am. It animal-free, GMP compliant facility logo is shown, and also non-GMO. Been taking this for about 4 days now, too soon to see or know if it is working but by taking only 1 capsule a day - this bottle will last 60 days and I plan on seeing my holistic practitioner again. The capsules are easy to swallow. I haven't experienced any weird or odd side effects. I do notice more focus though, since starting this. I am hoping this will keep a hereditary disorder on my paternal side at bay, so I will continue to take it and update again if I see any improvement or my doctor gives me an update. Thank you!

Usually, supplements that help people focus or with brain fog don't really have any effect on me. However, this seems to work surprisingly well and I'm a lot more focused and get things done (if it's placebo or not I don't know but in the end it also doesn't matter). The capsules are easy to swallow, however, the container only contains 30 servings. I haven't noticed any effect on my sleep or mood yet but I'll update my review if I do. Generally, it's good value for money since it's a high quality supplement (3rd party tested) from a trusted brand so I can definitely recommend it.
