Very good and worth it product

It has a pleasant and smell. The texture is smooth and allows you to swallow relatively easy. I have seen improvement in my energy levels throughout the day so I would recommend getting these.

These medium sized pink pills have been great to raise my vitamin B as I was low on my last few blood draws and my doctor recommended this amount. I am vegan and don’t get it because I don’t eat animal protein. Taste is fine. I don’t feel any different but my bloodwork is good.

Great product, just got it so can’t speak much on long term effects but I will update in 2 weeks! No taste and very easy to swallow anddd no smell:)
